This course is a practical course taught by a Solicitor & Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 25 years of experience getting her Clients paid!  It is packed full of useful and practical tips direct from the coal face!

This course starts by going through the simple but essential contract steps adapted to each type of business on the course to make sure your paperwork is good enough to rely on if you have to chase a debt.  It will go all the way from looking at how your contracts are drafted and then to how to chase debts most effectively.  Remember a debt if your money and your customer is having a free loan from you by not paying you!

However, better still this course looks in details about how to avoid issues in the first place and will include live expert credit checking session to see precisely how to spot the bad payers in advance!  You can ask for credit checks on your customers or prospective customers, either during the session of by email afterwards.  It will be tailored and bespoke to the business attending and help you stop taking unnecessary risks gong forwards.

If you are trading and you give credit to your customers this is a course you can’t afford to miss!

There will be opportunities for you to ask questions both during the session and also privately.

The course will be led by Andrea Knox who is a Director of Knox Commercial & Insolvency Solicitors.  She qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2000 and runs her own bespoke commercial law firm that deals with these matters for its own Clients every day.
