Wales Ambassador Week 2023
The first Wales Ambassador Week is taking place from 20-26 November 2023.
The award-winning Wales Ambassador Scheme is a set of free online courses providing detailed knowledge of an area for those who interact with visitors; to enhance businesses’ customer service and enrich the overall visitor experience.
There are 3 levels of awards – bronze, silver and gold, depending on the number of modules completed. Courses are offered on Eryri and Bannau Brycheiniog National Parks, Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Flintshire, Wrexham and Carmarthenshire. Ceredigion and a pan Wales Cultural Ambassador course will be launched soon.
The aim of the Wales Ambassador Week is to highlight the scheme by celebrating our existing Ambassadors and encouraging more people to become Ambassadors. A number of activities will be organised during the week.
There are currently over 2,700 Bronze Ambassadors, not only from within Wales but from all over the UK and beyond.
