Conwy Landlord Newsletter

Conwy County Borough Council recognises that private landlords play an important role in housing people and want to provide up to date information for landlords.

Our aim is to help landlords keep costs and risks to a minimum; meet statutory minimum standards and have confidence managing tenancies as the law changes.

With that in mind we have introduced The Conwy Landlord newsletter which will contain information on a range of relevant topics such as:

• Changes in the law affecting landlords
• Information about Council services for landlords
• Opportunities for landlords
• Date and time of the next Landlord Forum
• Links to useful webpages
• Useful contacts for landlords
• Information for landlords to pass to tenants

With 4505 registered landlords, who let over 10,000 homes in Conwy and we would like to gain a better understanding of the private rented sector. With that in mind we would like your feedback;
