A consultation on changes to Colwyn Bay town centre is underway and will last 6 weeks.

The proposals aim to create an attractive town centre with a more people-friendly environment. We are inviting you to submit your views on the proposals, which include better pavements and planting, cycling and walking routes, car parking and new one way system to reduce the impact of cars.
