\"\"Adolygiad o’r rheolau treth ar gyfer llety gwyliau i gefnogi twristiaeth a chymunedau lleol<\/b><\/h2>\n

Heddiw, mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi lansio ymgynghoriad deuddeg wythnos ar newidiadau i’r meini prawf a ddefnyddir i ddosbarthu eiddo hunanddarpar at ddibenion trethi lleol. Mae hyn yn cynnwys adolygiad o’r trothwy gosod o 182 diwrnod.<\/p>\n

Gall eiddo hunanddarpar fod yn destun ardrethi annomestig yn hytrach na’r dreth gyngor, ond dim ond os ydynt yn bodloni meini prawf gosod penodol.<\/p>\n

Ers 1 Ebrill 2023, mae’r meini prawf wedi cynnwys gofynion bod yr eiddo ar gael i’w osod am o leiaf 252 diwrnod, a’i fod wedi’i osod am o leiaf 182 diwrnod yn ystod y flwyddyn flaenorol.<\/p>\n

Bydd yr ymgynghoriad yn ystyried a yw’r trothwy o 182 diwrnod wedi’i osod ar y lefel gywir a pha effaith y gallai gostyngiad cymedrol ei chael.<\/p>\n

Yn ogystal, cynigir pum esemptiad newydd ar gyfer eiddo hunanddarpar na ellid yn rhesymol eu defnyddio fel cartrefi parhaol.<\/p>\n

Gallai’r mathau hyn o eiddo gynnwys eiddo sy’n rhan o fusnes ehangach, eiddo aml-uned mawr, eiddo sy’n destun cyfyngiad cynllunio perthnasol, eiddo o fewn cwrtil cartref y perchennog, ac eiddo ar fferm y perchennog.<\/p>\n

Bydd yr ymgynghoriad yn cael ei gynnal rhwng 31 Gorffennaf a 23 Hydref 2026<\/b><\/p>\n
