Join ION Leadership on 5th September at Dylan’s Restaurant in Llandudno at 12pm – 2pm to have the opportunity to learn about a range of tools, techniques and wellbeing strategies to implement within the workplace in order to help you detect and manage stress in yourself and your staff.  Our taster session is practical and interactive and will allow you to learn more details about the ION Leadership programme.

The ION Leadership programme is led by Swansea University in partnership with Bangor University.  It is part-funded with £2.7million from the European Social Fund through Welsh Government.
